SOE Forms:

• Each chapter’s bylaws, semester calendar, officer update form, scholarship program are due to Greek Affairs by September 25th.
  
• Each chapter’s new member roster, new member grade release, and semester active roster is due 7 days after recruitment period ends. 
  
• The chapter’s initiation approval form will be due at least 10 business days prior to initiation.
  
• All Greek Event Report Forms for Standards of Excellence (SOE)must be submitted within one week after the event.
